Our Journey
Delivering genuine Italian pizza with dedication from 1985

From Naples to Your Local Community
The inception of 'AtlasPaperWorks' was a humble vision: introducing the real taste of Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Veneto 25. The Bianchi lineage in 1985 initiated this pizzeria as a quaint family venture deep-rooted in long-held family recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza during her sojourn across Italy, especially learning from seasoned pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's origin. After her return to the UK, her ambition was to offer the essence of Italian pizza, respecting ancestral techniques and premium elements.
Initially a tiny 12-seat eatery, we've expanded into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to artisanal quality and authenticity remains constant. Our age-old wood-fired oven practices persist, our dough is still prepared fresh each day, and we seek out the most pristine ingredients.
Currently, 'AtlasPaperWorks' is still within the family's hands, with the Bianchi heirs at the helm of an enthusiastic crew. Despite adopting new technologies, we maintain our core: serving mouthwatering, genuine pizzas that unite our patrons.

Customer Endorsements
This is the most genuine Neapolitan pizza you can savor outside Italy. Its crust, airy and with delightful charred bubbles, only a real wood-burning oven can deliver.
I appreciate 'AtlasPaperWorks' for embracing local ingredients and sustainable initiatives. Every bite showcases a unique freshness. Their rotating seasonal selections are something I eagerly anticipate!
I've been a regular for many years, and the consistency in quality is remarkable. The staff always makes you feel welcomed—as if you're part of their family. And the pizza is divine. The Truffle Mushroom pizza is a must-try!
